The process is lengthy and requires a lot of patience. We’ll go through it step by step with you:
Step 1: Book us ahead of your event date. Orders are confirmed once we have received the 50% deposit. We take on a limited number of bouquets per week. This does not apply to memorial orders.
Step 2: Drop off your bouquet on the set date. We offer curbside so it can be dropped off any time.
Step 3: The flowers are put in for drying for up to 8 weeks.
Step 4: Flowers are taken out of drying and in queue for layouts (this waiting period can vary and depends on if it was peak wedding season, May to October, and mould availability).
Step 5: Layouts are made and sent to you by email. Save the one you like best and send it back. Up to 2 revisions are included.
Step 6: Clear the remaining balance by e-transfer. Once balance is cleared, resin pouring will be started.
Step 7: We pour into the moulds in increments of ¼”. The length of time it takes to pour depends on the order size. Once the mould is filled with resin, it is left to cure for 1 week.
Step 8: A week has passed and it's time to demould your piece. If we are adding writing, it’ll be added on at this step and a top coat is poured. Functional items are top coated with a more durable and heat resistant resin which requires 2 weeks to fully cure while display pieces just need 1 week to fully cure.
Step 9: Your order has fully cured and it's time for a photoshoot. We take photos and videos and then pack them all up.
Step 10: Schedule pick up or shipping and it's time for your keepsakes to be in their forever home
